Realizing that each child and adolescent who is entrusted into our care has his or her own specific needs, concerns, strengths, and skills, we feel that all treatment plans must be entirely customized to ensure that all patients are obtaining the comprehensive care that they deserve.
To determine what the most appropriate course of action should be, all prospective patients will be supplied with a detailed assessment that will help identify the specific needs and concerns that will be addressed during the time they spend with us.
Our treatment center supplies residential programming, but the therapeutic interventions and the treatment modalities that each young person engages in will be tailored to meet his or her needs.
Different from other kinds of treatment centers for children and adolescents, we, at Acadia Montana, provide many varying therapeutic treatments that are designed to supply patients with the most well-rounded approach to treatment. Depending on the needs of the patient, he or she will be able to engage in the following services:
- Individual therapy
- Group therapy
- Family therapy
- Sons and Daughters of Tradition (for Native American residents)
- Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT)
